CURRENT BEEF CHARGES INCLUDING PROCESSING

Grass Finished: $7.50 a pound
Grain Finished: $7.50 a pound
ALL grass fed beef is sourced from local ranches in Southeastern Arizona.
Bulk beef can be purchased in whole, half, or quarter shares.
Ground Beef Boxes (25 pounds per box).
Beef is finished on quality hay (grass finished) or quality hay and grain (grain finished) prior to harvest. Beef is then dry aged prior to being cut and wrapped.
With the purchase of any share, customers will receive traditional cuts from the front and the rear of the animal including: T- bones, filets, skirt steak, short ribs, stew meat, roasts, brisket, ground beef, soup bones, etc.
*Heart, tongue, liver, oxtail, brain, and other "off-all" can be harvested at customer's request.

TOTAL COST IS BASED ON HANG WEIGHT OF THE ANIMAL.
BULK BEEF DEPOSITS/GROUND BEEF BOX PURCHASES CAN BE MADE IN THE lEgAZy Store.
